Why is my 2 months old GSD dog bitting everything and bitting Me as a joke?

Hii! my german shepherd male dog is starting to get weird ! all of his fun now is bitting the heck out of me! i don’t understand why but people told me its because he is changing teeth!! anyways why do you think is he doing that? is it true that its just a cycle in a dog’s life?
Please only if you have experience and good information ANSWER but if not then please keep your inexperienced opinions to yourself!
