Your Questions About Dog’s Life Vest
Richard asks…
To people who say the “homosexual lifestyle” is being taught in schools?
I simply don’t understand what that means. I understand everyone has a different perspective on homosexuality, same-sex marriage, and all that, and I’m not asking anyone to agree or disagree with mine or anyone else’s opinion on it.
But last time I checked, I went to public school all my life, I’ve had teachers that ranged from openly homophobic (making gay jokes), to the silent homophobic, to the neutral/non-judgmental to those who simply didn’t believe in any sort of discrimination. When I took a sex-ed class, there was nothing saying to go ahead and be gay, the nature and science of it was talked about, but that was a very small topic compared to learning about STD’s, contraception, and how to best protect one-self (abstinence is the only safe sex).
The only thing I see teachers doing is not allowing students to pick on others because of their differences, and really would you like your kid being picked on for anything (this could be race, disability, etc…).
there was nobody telling anyone to be gay or to agree with it. All they were saying was to not make fun of anyone for any reason and if anything why not protect someone’s right from getting beaten up and being targeted. You do know some kids accused of being gay really aren’t, and that’s also homophobia.
Most people who disagree with being gay are Christians, and with that said, wasn’t it taught not to judge or be mean to anybody? So I really don’t see where people are getting this thing that “homosexuality” is being taught at our schools because it isn’t. Maybe not judging people is more like it.
And no I’m not getting into the same-sex marriage debate or whether or not you have to personally accept it or not, I’m simply talking about kids who bully and what all this “liberal agenda”, or “gay agenda” really means with this situation.
Hey, I don’t believe “homosexuality is taught”, but this is the mentality that (some) conservatives have. Don’t get it though.

Mary asks…
can i teach my dog schutzhund?
I would like to teach him schutzhund but he has low confidence he will bark at the attacker but as soon as he is confrtonted he backs down he dosent like rough games either.
i also would like to do light weght pull and a liitle jogging with him. he is a seven year old bullmastiff x pitbull x rottweiler. he is about 90 pound, never been sick, has a clean bill of health and have tons of energy even after a walk. he dosent seem to be slowing down at all. I would like to build up his stamina not for fighting just so we can go on longer walks without him panting He will start panting after two short blocks but not too heavily. He never done these sports before so will this be safe for him? i also would like to use a spring pole and a weight vest. I want to have a dog thats in shape in case of a worst case scenario where he has to defend himself. I know there are alot of irresponsible dog owners out there but mine never bit anybody and hes good with small children and small animals.
i think he has low testosterone level because he never tried to mount another dog before. Here is a link to a video of him
