Which dog breeds typically come in a blue merle color?
We have a new rescue that I suspect is an Aussie mix, or possibly a Border Collie mix. He’s probably about 6 months old and he has a blue merle coat. I’ll posts pics sometimes later this week, but for now, I’m trying to figure out what he could possibly be. So which breeds have a tendency to come in that color?

Collie showing aggression – how do I stop it?
I rescued two pure bred Tri-Colored collies that had been surrendered to a kill shelter. They are both females and raised together (2 1/2 years and 1 1/2 years). One is a rough coat and one is a smooth coat. The smooth has started growling and barking at the rough. She has even attacked her a couple of times. She is fine as long as none of us are near the rough or they are outside together. How do I break her of this? I have two children and don’t want to run the risk of them being in the middle of an attack. Other than the growling and aggression, she is a wonderful dog. Please, any serious (non-violent) advice is appreciated.
